Class Overview

Boot Camp is a civilian military style of physical fitness training. Boot Camp encompasses a variety of exercises, for example, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, squat thrusts, leg raises, arm curls, and many more fun, safe, and dynamic styles of physical training all paired together to improve strength, cardiovascular, and endurance for every individual who participates. Believe me, it is the best way to get in shape and stay in shape, regardless of your fitness level. We look forward to seeing you at our next class!
